Rejuvenating Interiors To Enhance Everyday Life
Jan is a creative-naturalist. She began her time on the Monterey Peninsula engrossed in a burgeoning stained glass career, while simultaneously engaging with community groups who supported habitats and native species. She considers it an honor to hang out among the central coast’s, fellow stewards. As an artist, she nurtured her creative curiosity by completing studies in interior design and since been supporting sustainable remodel and renovation design projects in the Monterey Bay Region for over 10 years. Intertwining the natural world to create restorative spaces in connection with one’s personal environment, was the habitual addition to her work.
Guiding clients through a saturated design world to focus on restoring habitats to a renewed state, while producing less project waste is a responsibility. Conscientiously supporting a clients distinctive journey to then create meaningful, layered environments, inspired by nature, historic context and personal details, is her pleasure and she’s grateful to continue cultivating a distinctive design sense.
As individuals, we grow and evolve so it is only natural living spaces should reflect our ongoing journey, while supporting unique needs, desires, and aspirations with a cohesive design style that considers one’s personal health and overall well-being. It’s this personalized approach that has gained her successful conclusions.
